      • Non-refundable

      • Non-adjustable

      • Non-transferable

    • This applies under all normal circumstances.

3. Exception – Technical Issues

    • A refund may only be considered if:

      • There is a genuine technical issue, and

      • Our support team is unable to resolve it.

    • This applies only within the first month of a new subscription.

    • In such cases, only that month’s fee will be refunded.

4. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may be considered only if:

        • The product/service was not delivered, or

        • A major unresolved technical issue persists despite support efforts.

5. Non-Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds will not be provided for:

        • Change of mind

        • “Product is not suitable for me”

        • Lack of knowledge or understanding

        • Trading losses or market conditions

        • Compatibility issues not specified beforehand

        • Personal expectations not met

6. Subscription Policy

    • All services are offered on a subscription basis.

    • Minimum subscription period: 1 month.
